Help on data. Forgot the change the plan before a new cycle begin.
My code is D4Z6M. My new plan will come in effect next cycle. Please help me survive this one. Thank you so much for your kind help.

When I tried to gift you data it said that you do not have a mobile data plan. According to
we cannot gift data to:
- People who are not Fizz members
- Fizz members with no data plan
- Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito
If last month, you changed to a no data plan then we cannot gift you data until your new plan comes in effect next month. Or maybe you need to change your Fizz privacy settings from incognito mode to a different mode.

Hi Julian,
One piece of advice, never change your plan to a none data plan. Atleast 1GB of data plan can give you the access to receive from people here on FIZZ to help you out.
If you only have mobile + texting, than sharing data with you will be impossible. A better balanced plan is always the way to go and to keep it forever so it works for you every month no matter what happens.
