Gifting isn't working
I have gifted data many times but it isn't working for me anymore. Does anyone know why this is happening? Anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes it gives me an error (like product not found) , I reload the page and start again and is working again

is this to one individual or to everyone. kinda dumb but do you still have data from this month's plan. you can only gift active data not rolled over data

Have you tried donating to someone else? Sometimes, the person you're donating to has an issue on their account. I've had it happen one time where it would seem like my donation went through, only to get a message minutes later saying it failed and my data has been refunded.

You can not donate the rolled on data.

roll over data, or gift data from others cannot be gifted away, and if the person u try to gift to doesnt subscribe any data, he cannot accept gift data.

Sometimes it happens to me and it's very simple. When a person has data on their plan, you can gift data to them if you have enough monthly left over data and not from your rollovers from previous months.
If a person does not have data on their plan with only calls & texts, they cannot receive any data. Simple as that.
