Please try to open your account from a different browser, with cookies and cache memory erased and then access My plans- Add a TV plan.
If it will still not work, open as well an incognito file and start the process from there, or even a different device.
Your should be able to subscribe to Fizz TV from the details visible in your account.In case there will be any issues and the page will not load, I kindly suggest you to contact our customer service agents in order for them to assist you further.
