the can’t so far, they use videotron internet for fizz and in order to have fizz tv you need to have fizz internet

I received an invitation, but the subscription page is always loading (I cannot complete it/subscribe). What is happening ?

@Whizz I have a similar issue where I'm stuck with the page loading after selecting my address. The support chat button does not work, so I am unable to advise support of the issue.

I redid the subscription process after clearing cache and in private mode and had the same issue. I did a recording of my session using the recorder of the browser extension devtools if needed. I did the same for the customer support chat button which I also had an issue with.

- Chrome cache was emptied, test did using incognito mode
- If the issue is occurring with live content, replay, or VOD
- N/A
I do get the same behavior on my Pixel 7 with Android 14 (build AP2A.240705.004) running the latest Chrome. In fact, I can reproduce the issue on any device at home (Chromebook, Windows, Android, Linux running either Edge or Chrome at their latest versions)
I have attached the log file from the Chrome DevTools if its of any help
