Every time I press become a tester the page becomes blank , is there something I don't do right, It

    Check with support and see if they can help. I wish I could try fizz tv.

    Please try to open your account from a different browser, with cookies and cache memory erased and then access My plans- Add a TV plan. 
    If it will still not work, open as well an incognito file and start the process from there, or even a different device. 
    Your should be able to subscribe to Fizz TV from the details visible in your account.
