Didn't get my badge
I just got my 5th referral, but in the badge section, instead of showing that I've earned the badge, now it's back to zero.
Does this happen to anyone? I'm not sure I got my points either

Sometimes it's like that. Ive seen it happen to me just last week. Don't worry, you'll get it.

It takes a while sometimes, give 48 hours or so.
Sometimes I'll get the email saying I unlocked a referral bonus but that change won't be reflected until some time around 48 hours so I usually hold off messaging support until then.
I didn't get my first month badge until around 2 weeks after my first month had actually taken place so it could be a while.

If you don't see it soon in a day or two explain the details to FIZZ on chat.

Over a week is a long time. From my experience it's been about 5 days for certain account updates like that to go into effect.0

i just had this same thing happen. i contacted support and they said it needs to wait for them to have their second payment for the badge to unlock… to me that doesnt make sense cos its for referral and not if they stay. what if they cancel cos the service doesnt work well? then we dont get the badge?
