Hello Angela123,
Thank you for your post.After making the necessary verifications into your Fizz account, we noticed that you are not having yet a Fizz TV plan therefore this is why you are not able to connect and see channels.
You can access your Fizz account in My plans- Add a Tv plan- Build my plan in order to start the process.
Once the plan will be active, you should be able to access it without any issues.
