It seems to be a problem with the cable signal check if you have other cable output in your habitation and if this is the case try to connect the modem and see if it will make a difference.
You can always contact the support,

Same here, got the modem this morning but the upload and download are only blinking. Already did the factory reset and check all the cables and power cord but still nothing.1

Hello Rajan ,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that it`s fully offline.
If you followed the installation steps and it still does not work, I suggest reaching our customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support so they can set a service call and have a technician come over to check and remedy the issue.
In your case sonnyrock10_87IFS , until the maintenance is completed on your side, we can`t send a technician so a little bit more waiting time is required.
Thank you for your understanding.

I really find it weird how many people are having issues today. Same thing for me, followed all instructions and still nothing. The issue is not my coaxial cable or port as it was working with my previous provider. Also, I tried multiple cables. Support rarely answer. Great experience for mobile. But not so good with internet. Even their delivery partner planet courier is awful.1
