in my account → plan there is a place for moving. you should be able to change your address there. unless I'm misunderstanding your question…

For sure with the July 1st, They are overloaded with all address transfers and reconnections

Sorry to hear about the issue.
It appears that we need to check if the new moving address is eligible in our system ( if it`s provisioned, if we can provision it if it`s not provisioned and such ) , so the whole process can take quite a bit, as this is also a very busy period since many clients want to move their services.
