No SIM card yet - Confirmation email?

It's been almost a week since I purchased my SIM card, but have no received it. I was going to give it more time to arrive, but I just realized I didn't receive a confirmation email when I ordered the card. Should I have received a confirmation email, or am I worrying for nothing and just need to be patient for a little longer?

    Did you check on the transaction

    If there is an issue with the delivery of your SIM card:
    1. Log into your account and go to My Profile > Order History > View Details
    2. Check that the delivery address is correct: if it is incorrect or
      incomplete, contact us. We'll see what's the best way to give you a
      helping hand.

    Following my verification, the Sim order was placed on 26/06. Our Sim deliveries aim to take between 2-5 working days, as you can also see here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered .

    The 5th working day would be the 3rd of July, so if the Sim doesn't get delivered by then, feel free to contact us directly and we will gladly assist you further https://fizz.ca/en/support
