Additional Plan Purchase

Hi,

I purchased an additional Mobile plan and new SIM card to have for my son's new phone. However, it's unclear to me whether this purchase is actually for a new phone number or the SIM card will be tied to my existing number. The order was placed and can't be cancelled. How can I confirm this?

    Did you order the SIM?

    If you order the SIM and you didn't receive yet, at the moment you don't have any plan

    If you already had the SIM and you activated the plan, this must being seen on your account

    You can check the transaction history: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders

    If you didn't activate the SIM yet, please consider opening the plan in a different account, for two reasons

    • You can use a referral code from your account to the new plan in a different account, to get 25$ credit on both
    • in couples of months/years when your son wants to be independent you can do it, at the moment Fizz doesn't allow splitting service in a different account after the activation
