I haven't seen it posted officially anywhere but there is currently an on going promotion for sim cards.

A bit cheesed that I bought a sim on June 4th and didn't get the promotion but if you have anyone that wants to make the switch it's easier now.

The offer is only valid if you buy the SIM in the Circle K store, something to remember, please call the store to be sure that they have the SIM

It's not limited to just Circle K, it also applies to sim cards purchased on the Fizz website.

I checked online just now as well and orders online are $5. (My closest store is in Ottawa hours away by car)

Thank you for sharing and linking the source.

I just got a sim card from fizz.ca and live in one of those provinces and didn't get the discount... I assume that the supply of cards available are gone for this promotion.

Open a ticket with the link of the promotion, it must be an error

You could try ordering again and seeing if the discount applies but the T&Cs show limited 1 per person (could be for in person only since I can choose to select more than 1 sim online and it applies the promotional rate for all of them).

Not sure support can help in this case since a refund is very unlikely but you could try anyway.

The error was from me 😅. I did get the discount... I thought the card was free... But instead of $15 it was $5. It's all good!
