Two info are not accurate (About number transfer and International calls)
For number transfer, the number transfer immediately after I replied YES
(No like fizz mentioned that, the date/time after confirmed; I lost more than half month my previous plan)
For International calls, CS answered me China included Hong Kong
However it isn't, I made change to Hong Kong and only able wait next month July 12 for effective

I'm sorry to hear about this situation.
If you would like to make an urgent call to Hong Kong until the plan change becomes effective you can buy a international calls add on there or add funds in your Fizz wallet.
To buy an add on for international calls you must go into your Fizz account under My plans>Manage my plan>Add on.
There you will be able to select the country that you want and you will see the specific rates for the calls.

If you want to use the wallet option you can add funds by going into My plans>Manage my plan>Wallet.
