Try to start typing the postal code and the system will suggest some addresses
Is your address in the subscription area?
You can always contact the support, , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I saw that you reached our customer service on chat yesterday and we had a slight technical issue on the sim activation orders, but everything should be resolved now.
Do try to do the operation from another browser, via Incognito mode following the steps found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
If you still have issues, I suggest reaching our customer service once again.
