Add-On mins expired after only ONE month???

I purchased 300 min back on May 8 and said it would expire July 7, but seems to have expired after just one month.

Whats going on? I had about 120 mins left.

    When you cycle start? It seems that is start the 8 of every month.

    The Addon expired when you used completely or after the next billing cycle. Supposelly your billing cycle start the 8th of each month, therefore if you have activate on that date they will suppose to expire the 8th of the second month

    You should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    doesnt look like theyre helping me as usual….. Ill be switching to a different provider if Im not given my remaining 120 mins by this afternoon

    Have you been with the other company before?

    I have and trust me, the service is much better here.

    I have chatted with Fizz service before and after waiting between 20-30 minutes I got an agent and they resolved my issues.

    By the way, has your issue been resolved?
