This perk can't be gifted but some others can, I remember the 1Gb data perks from last summer could be gifted. Best to always check when a new perk shows up, if it can be gifted then when you click on it you'll see a Gift option next to Activate.

Would be awesome but everyone would end up having terabytes of free data since it's unlimited. However it would only last 24h.
