Check if you should modify your plan 😎

thanks for the information, i’ll stick with 400mb. Best price/value imo

Thanks for sharing with us. I am still waiting for a modification in the mobile plans.

Thanks Elena. I will stick with 30 Mbps for now. I would've liked to try faster, but now if I change for a month I will lose the 30 Mbps for $35 forever.

I really don't get fizz and them changing plans every couple days/weeks. Good that they offer giga now!

Thank you, you just saved me 1$ / month!

Thanks, I switched again 😁

How I can update price if I ordered installation when it was 49$?0

What's with the constant changing of the prices and available speeds LOL? Sometimes it's 100 sometimes it's 200 then it's 120 again and now 200 is gone and 60 is back... lol. It's become a full-time job keeping up with Fizz internet prices. Fizz must have a dedicated team who's only job is to fiddle around with the prices and available speeds every month.

you need to wait the installation only after the activation you can modify your plan

The prices are actually not bad

I am glad they have reduced the prices for some fast speeds, but I think the lower 3 (15/60/120) should each be two dollars cheaper. As it is in the structure I think they are making the 400 the most appealing.

;p My account says that a change is still pending cuz I just changed to 400 for $45 like 2 weeks ago and the change hasn't taken effect yet and now 400 is $44. I guess I have to wait until the pending change takes effect to change again for the $1 price reduction. It's going to be hilarious once I change to 400 for $44 and then next next month they change 500 to $45. Fizz is leaving a trail of bread crumbs leading me to higher and higher speeds that I don't even need with these tiny price adjustments each month.

You can always change your mind. Please go to your account and delete the change and choose the new plan.

I don't understand where this delete changes button is. I just have something telling me that I have a change pending. I already selected to change from 200 for $44 to 400 for $45. I did that 2 weeks ago and the change is currently pending. I don't have a delete button. When I try to change the speed that tells me I have a change pending and I have to wait until the pending change is done before I can change again. Are you saying there's a way to delete a pending change?

If you renewal is in 4 days probably is locked for the freezing period
The button should be like this

Ya my renewal is 26th I think. When I saw that the price for 400 is now $44 is was 2 days ago. I don't know when the price changed from 400 for $45 to $44, but when I saw new price of $44 for the first time it was 2 days ago. So 2 days ago, I had like 3 days to go until my renewal so I never had the cancel button. I guess I'm locked into the $45 price and can only make the change to 400 for $44 once this pending change of 400 for $45 is done.

When I click on the change speed link, I get a red popup warning at the top that says: Several changes were made to your plan; these changes must be processed. Please come back later to make another change. So I guess that means I'm locked in for the coming cycle.

You are in the freezing period, you need to wait the renewal in order to change the plan again

just cancel $45 plan change, now $44 for 400/50.

This is the best solution if you can do changes to your plan.

Hah, I also see the trail of bread crumbs leading us to higher and more expensive plans…

Lol yeah. I guess we'll just have to check once in a while. We get on the forum anyway so it's not extra work. I think they're just trying to figure out the best options to attract new customers

Or they are pushed by the competition.
