Can someone send me 500mb
Last week 2 people said they were getting an error when trying to send me data (even though I have a 2gb data plan active). Wondering if the issue has been fixed now. Should only need another 500mb to last until next billing cycle but if the issue isn't fixed i'll have to cut down on my usage until then.

It didn't complain that I cannot give to you so I'm assuming it went thru? Could be just delayed. I just sent you another couple of GBs from another one of our accounts just to make sure so hopefully you get that one as well.

@soulchief I just checked both accounts right now and you are right I noticed even though it told me that me sending you data was successful when I went back I still had the same amount of data and it did NOT deduct any from me. When I send to others it works but I've done it 3 times now and it doesn't deduct 2GB from mine or one of our other family accounts. Maybe there is still a problem with your account so you might want to bring this up with Fizz support. Let me know again if they fix it and I'll send you data if still needed. Good luck!!

Looks like I have the same problem as you do... people tried to send me data but it didn't go through... only one gift worked? Maybe you can't receive more than once per cycle? If any of the generous people in this conversation wish to help me, my code is VP6ZJ0

I contacted support a couple days ago and they raised a technical ticket for my issue. No update on the ticket since then, so not sure how long until it'll be fixed. Might be worth contacting support for your issue too? Might be a little different since you at least got 1 gift (shouldn't be a limit on how many you can get).

Also make sure you check your privacy settings to make sure you didn't change it since the 1st gift.
"Incognito" can't receive data. Would have to be "The full experience" or "Private Membership"
