Hi @Kenreid
At the moment is not yet certified by Fizz, check the list from here

Instead of this list it will be more useful description of the 4G emitting bands that they use.

Try to google Shizuku app, Wireless ADB and Pixel IMS

It's the same for me. I have a OnePlus11, and I don't plan to buy another phone just because Fizz cannot certify the OnePlus phones that natively support VoLTE. Today, I got a message from FIzz that I have to activate my VoLTE SIM card, but I won't do it until I'm sure that it will work on my phone. If Fizz does not certify OnePlus phones, I will have nothing to do but switch to another mobile provider. It's a pity, I was a happy Fizz customer for more than 5 years until now. The whole story of Fizz not certifying OnePlus phones (which natively support VoLTE) without an official explanation is so unprofessional and disappointing.

Check on the phone specs if it operates on band frequency 4 or 13 LTE. These are the Fizz frequencies.

I hope these information helped you to take the better decision.

Thanks for this. I was considering getting a oneplus for a while.

Thanks. I guess I will wait until I have to activate my VoLTE SIM and then see if it works.

Fizz also use 66 and 71 bands, but it's not the problem here. Almost every phone can do voLTE, but they need to be on a whitelist, don't know why.
