Your friends would have to check if they live within Fizz's subscription area; and that the majority of their usage will be done within the subscription area. If so, they can keep their number by transferring it when they activate their sim.

btw there is a well-know company (can't name it here) providing low cost mobile service…but unavailable in Quebec. their plans are pretty similar to Fizz offers anyway.

There is a limit before that we have to bring our mobile back to subscription area (Quebec) after few months. Does it meaning we can use our phone in those new area without limit of months now? 😊

yes if you use your phone in the green area you are good to go. If you use it in the pink area, just make sure you go in the green area once every 3 months

Any ideas when the network will expand to some of the upper cities on Vancouver Island? I was able to switch since I have a Victoria Number, but my wife has a Courtney number, and can't port it. Looking forward to getting us both on Fizz!0
