"Change my plan" option is not available on Mobile manage page

Just started new cycle (20 days left), data remaining icon not showing colors of how close to end of data allotment, but shows how much data I have, can't modify or change current phone plan because the "Change My Plan —>" option is not shown. Same happens on both web and mobile site.

Any suggestions?

    You should try to use the browser in private mode or use a different browser

    Following my verification into your account, the section "Change my plan" is available and you managed to change your mobile plan ,however, according to our plan change policy, changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle. You can find more information here:

    Regarding your mobile data usage icon, please clear the cache & cookies of your web browser and log into your Fizz account using an Incognito page as this section is displayed correctly.
