$2 upgrades not working?
I have home internet only with FIZZ. I have 1$ upgrade ( rebate ) in use and I have another $2 in upgrades available. I clicked this $2 and applied it last month. It didn't see this showing up in my bill ( still only $1).
Why? Should I remove my $1 first and then apply this $2 upgrades.

Did you check if the upgrade is still in pending mode?
Did you upgrade before 108 hours to your next payment?
Don't remove the 1$ rebate, if you have 2 slot you can add 2 update
do you have 2 slots?
What level are you
Did you add it 108 hours before the new billing cycle? In the 108 hours before the billing cycle the account is frozen and probably they will no take into consideration your modification.
You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Depends on the level you are. If you are over level 3 you can apply both. If you are under level 3 you need to remove the $1 rebate the apply the $2 but the update will be done anyway starting the next month. Also sometimes to see the updates will last up to 1 day.

I did two weeks before my billing day. After applied ( even today ), no pending showing up: still one in grey (used) and one available.

I am in level 2. So, I should remove the old one first and then add new one.

You need to swap it, not remove it since you have only one slot
click on the 2$, and select the slot where you have the 1$ bonus
- Log into your account, and go to Overview.
- In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
- Open the tab in the lower right-hand corner.
- Select the upgrade and click on Apply.
- At that moment, you’ll see the white boxes below your plan start to move. Those are the slots where your upgrade can be applied.
- The slots with a + sign are ready to welcome your upgrade.
- If you select a slot where there’s
already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you
accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next
payment cycle. - Some slots are locked and cannot welcome an upgrade yet. You’ll unlock these slots when you reach higher My Rewards levels
- Select the slot by clicking on it.
- Your upgrade will be activated on your plan at the start of your next payment cycle.
