at the moment they never announced but for sure this will be a plus
with fizz we will know when this will be available to test

I don’t think Fizz have a plan to give internet at Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver! Cause they use Vidéotron network and it’s only in province of Quebec

They can maybe start a new partnership with other providers

But it’s expensive to buy network services

They don't have videotron mobile towers but there testing in Canada like Calgary and Vancouver...
So anything is possible.
I hope they do get Internet that would be awesome.
