Download button flickering

Hi,
My roommate and I are trying to set up the modem (we’ve recently changed to Fizz for internet) and the download button doesn’t stop flickering, we’ve tried to disconnect it and connect it again but the flickering remains. We’re student, currently studying for midterms so having good wifi is an essential . If anyone could help us out that would be great! Thank you so much.

Try to double-check the coaxial cable connection, also did you wait 15 minutes before try to configure?

During the first 15 minutes, the modem is doing updates and reboot too.
