Can you try with a different browser? Also try to use it in private mode
Check if you have some adblocker or antivirus that can interfere with that too.
If this doesn't solve the problem you need to contact the support

I had something similar in the past. Only after support opened a case with their technical team it was fixed (spoiler: it took ~2 months)

It does seem to be delayed if it is unselected I had to wait for my next billing period
