not able to modify/add upgrade

I want to modify the upgrade (add and switch 250mb/500mb to my different number), but can not do it, and the screen frozen - can not click anywhere except fresh the page.

Can you try with a different browser? Also try to use it in private mode

Check if you have some adblocker or antivirus that can interfere with that too.

I had something similar in the past. Only after support opened a case with their technical team it was fixed (spoiler: it took ~2 months)
