here's a post I found, regarding the points, making points will help you to level up and gain more rewards, therefore, lower you price too.

Participate in the community and you'll receive:

• 3 points for answering a question

• 50 points for providing the first best answer

• 100 points for each month of activity

You'll also receive points for earning various badges.

On your Fizz account, you'll receive:

• 10 points for every dollar paid on your monthly plan.

• Nearly 3 points for every dollar spent at the Fizz mobile store here: https://fizz.ca/en/plp

• 3 points every time you gift data from your mobile plan: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work

• 200 points for every confirmed referral (2nd payment): https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-to-invite-friends-to-fizz

The points you earn will be automatically recorded in your account, on the left menu when you log in, or under My Fizz Benefits/My Rewards.

I'd also like to suggest that you get into the habit of posting here: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here and https://forum.fizz.ca/fr/discussion/2198330/vos-codes-de-reference-c-est-ici-et-seulement-ici max twice a day. It's difficult to get referrals, but it can happen and it's free. Plus, it'll give you 3 points for each post.

Welcome to the Fizz community! Let me tell you, you've made the right choice. I've been with fizz for 5 years now, and i'm paying less today then what i did when i first signed up. imagine that, less than when i first sighed up!!! if this was the big telcos, i'd be paying a lot more.

Like others have mentioned, fizz is great, they always provide the most competitive prices, and they'll never increase your rates unless you change your plan. But like someone else mentioned, fizz from tiem to time offers promotional rates for new customers, and sometimes offer those rates to existing customers. So it pays to be an active member of the community and to routinely check your fizz account for new offers.

In Canada we already pay way more for our cellphone plans than most countries in the world, and now I'm glad to see more companies offering good deals. If a company doesn't care about their existing customers, keep raising their prices instead of giving them promotions , then it's a good time to switch to a better one
