Swapping more then one upgrade issue
I have 3 active upgrades, I would like to swap them for different ones, so I to my upgrades and select the new one and apply it, all fine, but now I repeat the process for the second upgrade swap it also works fine but the first swap gets cancelled and I now only have the second swap??
Does fizz limit swapping to one per billing cycle? non sense?

You are right, In the same day I can swap only one bonus

Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate the details you provided and I suggest returning to customer service and asking for a ticket to the technical team, to see if this is indeed how it is supposed to be happening.
It would be great if you could also take some screenshots of the first swap, then the 2nd swap being placed and the first one being canceled. The more information we can provide, the better.
