How long people waited to receive the SIM in Vancouver area?

Finally saw the +button to ask a question 😁
I'm heading to Ontario in about 10days and have heard the worst scenario it could take 10 business days to receive the sim and I'm bit worried, as I just ordered it yesterday. Appreciate any input! ☺️

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

    1. Log into your account and go toΒ My Settings
    2. Click on Order historyΒ /Β See details.
    3. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
    4. If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
    5. If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

    Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the page to chat with a customer rep.

    Did you check in your account to see if they have a tracking number

    Order placed on 2/15 and Sim received yesterday 2/19. Very fast I'd say 😁
