Adjust my plan
Hi,
Can I still adjust my plan while it's pending? It's only on the 19th but it seems like I don't have the option.
Also, I'm trying to make a call but it says I can't according to my plan. My coverage is Québec, Canada. I moved up North in Kuujjuaq, but I'm still in Québec. Anyone knows why I can't make calls? I also can't use my data. What's going on???

According to the coverage map, Fizz does not provide coverage in Kuujjuaq. That's likely the problem why it is not working.

Sorry but from the map https://fizz.ca/en/coverage you can see that is a white area which means that are not covered from Fizz.
If you want you can always contact the support, go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area, in the bottom right corner you will find a green bubble click on it and chat with the support

For your first question, no it is not possible to change it during the pending period.
