Fizz EXT ?
Trying to use my data but when I turn it on, it's asking me to connect to network. I see 'Fizz EXT'. What does it mean and why can't I use my data?
P.S. I just moved to Nunavik. I don't know if that has something to do with anything...

You need to enable the data roaming in your phone, what phone are you using?
Fizz Ext means that you are using a partner network, which need to have a data roaming ON, don't worry you will not charge extra.
If you are outside your coverage subscription are will not work

I'm using a Samsung FE 20. Would you be able to tell me how to enable the data roaming or whatever I have to do?

I found these instructions
- Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
- Press the settings icon.
- Press Connections.
- Press Mobile networks.
- Press the indicator next to "Data roaming" to turn the function on or off.
- Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

That's what I have done, but the message still shows up. It says, 'Sign in to net work' but the page is blank. I don't know how to fix this...

I read that when you have that message can be two problems
- You don't have any data left
- you are not under your coverage area,
I check on the MAP and it seems that you cannot use it
