Do data upgrades still work if my mobile plan does not include data?

Hi, I currently have access to up to 750 mb/month of data with upgrades. I was wondering if this data would still be useable with a data-free plan. Thank you!

Yes, you can still use the data from the upgrades, even if your plan does not include any sort of data.
