Same plan different price (update versus plan builder)

Hello Fizz Community,

I noticed a few days ago that my plan was offered at a lower rate, $32 instead of $35. But because I was in the freeze period, I was unable to change my plan until today.

That is when I noticed that the updated price was now $33.
But the strange thing is that the same plan is still $32 in the "plan builder" (the tool you have if you decide to *change* your plan) but I am not able to select that plan since I'm not actually making any changes to my plan.

I reached out to the Customer Service but they were not quite helpful in resolving the matter.

Has anyone have a similar issue what thwy where able to get resolved?
Hope someone can help me or at least tell me whata going on!

The price shown when you make the change must be your price, however, if the price shown on the builder is lower Fizz must offer that

if the plan change is accommodating you I will make the change and I will document the change probably taking screenshots or event better a video

I've reach out to the Client Service twice and the answer they give me is that my account is no longer eligible to the $1 discount available in the builder. I've sent them the screenshots, but they don't care about the price difference...

    Hello Shapeliercat2 ,
I am sorry about this situation.

I just verified your account and I noticed that you already placed a new plan change order, however, if you would still like to take advantage of the promotional price for the current plan you have, you can retry the process, and if the issue persists, you can contact our customer service representatives via live chat, and they will forward a ticket to our technical team for verification.

    Have a good one!
