    The one month free internet perk is showing your Benefizz/my perks. Please check your account to see if you got one now, and you have to subscribe an internet service to use it automatically. If you could not see this perk, you need to wait until they promote you one, maybe the Christmas time, good luck!

    I am asking this question is because I saw "one month free" when I was signing up my internet plan ( Nov 27, 2023). However, I didn't not take any screen shot and no record now.

    Cannot recall what I saw on that page now.

    @BigBing your first month bill should be $0 if you have successfully applied the one month free perk. check under "My Plans" and then "transcations" see if the first home internet bill is 0.

    Hello BigBing  ,

    We did have such an offer ( a perk for free internet over a payment cycle ), but it was available if you had a mobile plan active.

    Basically, if you had a mobile plan active, you`d receive a free month internet perk on your account, but since you didn`t have a plan - no rebate was applied to your account.

    Your understanding is greatly appreciated though!
