My question is different, why as user we need the 5G?

As of the latest information available, Fizz does not offer 5G services. While Videotron, Fizz's parent network, operates a 5G network, this advanced service is currently limited to premium customers of Videotron. Fizz customers, on the other hand, have access to 4G LTE networks, which can still provide high download speeds, potentially exceeding 100 Mbps. It's not clear when Fizz will start offering 5G services, but for now, Fizz users will have to rely on the 4G LTE network
