Visual Voicemail only works if Wifi is disabled??
I'm a new Fizz user, and I was trying to get my Visual Voicemail working on Android, but it was giving me an error message whenever I tried.... Finally, support told me that the Visual Voicemail app only works when I turn OFF wifi on my phone! And I tried, and that seems to be the case -- with wifi on, I get an error; with wifi disabled, it works. Is that really how this is supposed to work? Is it like that for everyone else? Do other carriers make you do this too?
