mobile Referral Credit
Is a referral credit applied per phone number or just per user account?
Eg: I send a referral to my sis & she has 1 line & her husbands... If she creates an account & xfers both numbers, is the credit applied only once? Do they need to create 2 user accounts?

Yes only per account.
If you/they want to maximize the bonus, they should create 2 separate accounts.
e.g. Your sister can use your referral code to create her account. After that she can give her referral code to her husband (who should create his separate account) and in total you all will have a bonus of 100$ (you 25$, your sister 50$ and her husband 25$).
