Live chat stuck at position 1

I tried two times to reach out Fizz live chat but couldn't. It always tuck at #1 position and nothing happens after that.

And I almost made up my mind to switch to Fizz but idk if there's any technical issue I do WFH, what will I do if I can't reach out for assistance. What is happening with this live chat?
