Why a change in price when I activate my SIM card?

I ordered a basic text/phone only plan using my old phone for $15/mo but when I tried to activate the SIM, the only plans available were over $20/mo. Can I get a refund?

  Yes you can get a refund if you cancel your plan within the first 15 days.

  Your sim card cost will not be refunded.

  You may also try a basic plan at 10$/month and choose some add-ons as neaded https://fizz.ca/en/add-ons
