Travel Add-ons
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if a Travel Add-on is only for 1 month or for your current cycle plan/days or until the GB finishes (so it stays forever until your next visit to that country).
Also, is it a recurring fee? Do I have to cancel it when my trip is done? (I couldn't find a place to do so)

The add on is valid till the end next billing cycle (therefore a validity between 31 to ~61 days), they are not a recurring fee (it is a one time)
Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

It's always good to have some money in your wallet...
Simply use your credit card to add funds to your wallet, ...keep money in your wallet as a backup in case you deplete your monthly plan. Yes they can be reimbursed!

Another one: I added 5-10$ to my travel wallet but didn't use it at all. Does this one stay forever?

In Your Wallet is where you deposit and store money to cover Pay As You Go... They stay at your disposal without a date of expiration

They will stay there but you can ask customer support to refund them.
