The renewal and changing my plan
Hi!
The new cycle of my payment will start on August 18th, and at the beginning of the current cycle, I updated my plan (same plan for a lower price).
The payment for the next cycle (starting from August 18th) has been made on August 15th (yesterday), and now that I want to change my plan (for more coverage and more data), it says the new plan (updated one) is "pending" and can't see any "change my plan" option in my account.
Is there any way that I can change my plan before the new cycle start?

You cannot modify your plan in the 4.5 days before the new billing cycle. You need to wait the new billing cycle.
You can buy the addons or put money in the Fizz wallet in order to add functionality that are not covered from your plan

My current coverage is for Quebec, but I wanted to change it to Canada for a trip. Is there any way so I can at least change the coverage?

During the freeze period (4.5 days before the new billing cycle) you can not change your plan. The options you have are to buy a travel add-on or put some money in your Fizz wallet.
