Customer service avoiding us to schedule an appointment with a technician
No internet since Saturday, the customer service is avoiding on giving us an appointment always waiting the next day to say that they are missing an information to push any appointment by one day.
I said yes to all potential fee if it is my fault and said that I am available anyday at anytime since Saturday.
This is getting so frustrating.
If this is not scheduled today I'm cancelling.
It is sad because I was happy with the internet for the only 1 week it worked.
Who else are having this issue?

The customer support is not available 24/7. This is a lie. I reached out, I have a ticket open since the weekend and no news.

What I think is happening is that they don't have enough technicians at the moment and are just trying to stall any potential appointment.

I see AK20230110 you updated your comment and are no longer saying the customer support is 24/7, I understand that you agree that it is a lie. It is sad to see a company not able to provide the service they advertised...

To me it seems that they are overwhelmed, I already contact them at 4am

These past 5 weeks support has drastically changed. Not sure what's happening, hopefully it is related to vacation period.

From what I see, you managed to contact our customer service and a service call was set for the 17th of August between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

Related to your statements, customer support is 24/7 however you just have to have a bit of patience until our agents can reach your contact ( be it contact form, live chat, social media, and such ).
