Can’t connect to my fizz wifi
Hi,
I did a factory reset on my wifi and now I am not able to connect any device on my wifi to set it up.
When I try the default key it shows incorrect password
When I look in the available wifi list, only "FIZZ74551-EasyConnect" is visible and on my modem, my default wifi network is: FIZZ74551; and its nowhere to be found.
Can someone help me with my problem?

Try this,
- do another reset
- wait 15 minutes
- in the meantime, forget all the fizz network on your device
- after 15 minutes try to connect, for the password sometime en I the lower case "L" was an uppercase "i" or a 1. Try that

The image is not clear.
You can connect the Ethernet cable to your laptop/desktop and setup the modem from scratch.

Upload the photo of the sticker on your modem (the default key) so we can try to help with the password.

Thanks for all your help.
I did another factory reset and I was able to do the setup with an old laptop via Ethernet cable. Wifi is all working and Im back surfing the web
