Lost in the city without data - please help!

Hi friends! I am brand new to Montreal/Canada and something is going wrong with my data usage.

I am please asking for data gift so that I can continue to find my way around the city and use Maps and scan bixi bike.

My code is Q3B4T

I tried to talk with customer service at Fizz but they just tell me to keep buying 20 dollar add ons.

I have not watched any videos or downloaded or uploaded. How is possible for 6GB to be used already in 1 week? Appreciate any help you could give. Thankyou so much everybody.

Did you check under your phone to find out which application use the data?

PS: I have already seen people asking for data without having a data option. Please note that you must have a plan that includes data in order to receive data as a gift.
