Hi
it is the first time that I can see, I believe, that a @Whizz can give you more information regarding it.
You can read this https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-does-the-community-work, it is a good start, but in there you will not find that information

You have only 15 posts. How come you got a warning already?

I created a 2nd account for my elderly neighbour when she was with me and we were discussing about the poor mobile network. The 2 accounts were using the same IP address which I did not realize was against the Community Hub regulations. I got a warning for it and have since tried to delete the other account, which I dont even need but no one seems to know how.
Basically, I messed up real fast without realizing it hahaha

It is a warning; if you participate in the forum, you will have the possibility to get one. The important thing is not to repeat the same error.
@Andrei_ref_R7VK1, @Sébastien code ZXEL1 and others already signal my posts, because I posted using a wrong language, and I did that same to them if they will do the same mistake. But I never saw that tag on my account.

I wonder if there are details about the warning levels and their meaning anywhere… Not that I plan on getting another one 😂🤦♀️ but I’m curious.

Non, I never saw any information about the warning levels, it is the first time that I see. They never publically show them

I started to signal as others were doing it for my posts as well 😉.

And you should continue, when I make a mistake I prefer people that correct me, sometime I am able to learn from it. But, try to explain in writing without any draw involved :P

Hello @A1exia_L
It is not a huge mistake. It will probably be your last one after reading the forum guidelines and your warning will end soon (august 12).
