Did you activate the perks before the purchase?

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Agree, before buying you should go to Benefizz > My rewards scroll down to My Perks and click on the Perk 100$ off

I just purchased a phone yesterday and during the check out process it offered me the option of using the $100 off perk to use. Once clicked, it deducted the price by $100 and it even is listed in the invoice.
If that didn't work for you, you will need to go through support to try to address this issue.
