Today on my phone (Android), I don't seem to have any data. There is no LTE on the status bar. I can call and receive call but no data. Can someone at Fizz check what is going on with my account ?
I just noticed that putting my sim card into my wife iPhone, everything is working. it shows the LTE.
I still have the old Sim Card (not the one with the Lightning).
I tried my wife Sim Card on my Samsung S22 and same issue, no LTE on my Samsung .... is the problem my phone now?
Well I found a fix by resetting the network settings on my Samsung S22 ...
It's good you figured it out! Usually, when a new SIM is detected, it does a provisioning to get the settings, but it seems you needed to force it on yours.
