Samsung Galaxy S10 VoLTE
Hi,
I saw the list of certified phone and the Galaxy S10 is not there but it is VoLTE compatible. Is it not on the list because it was never tested on the Fizz network or it really won't work? I have the new sim card with the red lightning bolt, if I try to use it and it's not compatible will I still be able to use my phone until I get a new one?

Yes you can make the calls as usual, with a VoLTE SIM using the 3G
Sometime the list is not updated as fast as we hope
try to test the phone with the VoLTE card, when you activate it
- Disable the wifi
- make a call
- check if the signal stay in LTE, if it is the case the call is made using the VoLTE technology
To be correct, you will be able to use the phone until Fizz supports 3G. The rumours speculate that Fizz will continue to use the 3G until the end of 2025.

So I tried my VoLTE sim in my Galaxy S10. When I disable wifi it goes to LTE+ but once I make a call it switches to H+. I take it that means it not compatible correct?
