Need Some Data - Trying out my new Plan!
Hello Fizz family,
Little backstory on myself: I got rid of Rogers after 7 months of pain and suffering and I'm trying out Fizz. So far so good, last month I was on a data-less plan with the 500 MB perk and I managed to survive (barely!!), however I now switched to a data plan, but it's the cheapest one right now (1 GB). I want to know if it's worth keeping and how much data can be received per month. I'm still very new to Fizz so I'm testing the waters!!
I will be traveling for work and I'm going to need data for Google Maps. I know the app doesn't use much, so I'm not asking for much either. Just a little something to get me by would help!

Tried to gift you some data, but it says you don't have a mobile data plan.

Did you know: to be able to receive data gifts, you must have paid for at least 1 GB of mobile data in your current plan.
Verify you Fizz privacy settings, make shore is set as: "The full experience"

Thanks for trying! And hmmm, that is weird. The plan just activated today. I am able to gift data so there must be something wrong. Maybe my code is wrong? VOWON is my referral code, but I don't think that's the correct one for data gifts.
I'll contact support to see what's up.

It is all setup correctly.
I contacted support and they said there are no issues with my account. Maybe because the plan activated today there are still some functions not on, but it should work. 👍

You can also go in a ilot d'ete and connect to Fizz wifi to receive 5x1Gb perks if you need those extra data
