VoLTE change
Hi everyone
I got an email telling me im required to change my sim on 4th of july so I did My order, fast forward to 17th of july and I still haven't received my new Sims. Any reason why?

It can take easily 3 weeks
if you are not travelling to the USA you are not in any rush
at the moment VoLTE is necessary to make a calls when in the USA

Can take a while to get it...
Check in your account at Settings/Transaction history/all transactions, you can see a $0.00 invoice that confirms that your order has been placed.

For me took ~14 working days

Ordered mine on the july 5th through email and recieved it this morning. Can't access the internet now with new card, ping time is 1000ms, speed test was about 1Mb/s.

Both arrival time make sense... I would wait at least 15 business days honestly
